Document management
Working together securely in documents and files, independent of place and time. If desired, with external parties and clients. That is the promise of document management systems (DMS). But which DMS should you choose? How do you set up this DMS for your organization in such a way that legal professionals can and want to work with it effectively? We combine extensive experience in (re)designing and optimizing document management processes with the technical know-how to direct the projects. Moreover, although we (gladly) collaborate with DMS vendors, we are fully independent.
Customer Relation management
In the legal sector, there are sometimes doubts about the added value of marketing. Especially because the return on investment (ROI) is often difficult to quantify. A Customer Relationship Management platform solves this problem (largely), as the effects of marketing initiatives become measurable and manageable. With a CRM, clients, actions, initiatives and interactions are made transparent. In addition, the cross-selling process is a lot easier.
Derogee IT has implementation experience with (legal) CRM platforms and can advise you on the pros and cons of alternatives.
Knowlegde management
Professionalizing internal knowledge is the logical next step to implementing a Document Management System (DMS). Once data flows, projects and/or files are set up correctly and uniformly, existing and/or new knowledge documents can be embedded, in accordance with a taxonomy store ('knowledge tree'). This not only enables the organization to easily share, use and update available knowledge, but also to quickly secure new knowledge. The Knowledge Management System (KMS) is hereby fully embedded within the DMS system.
