For Hemwood, a specialized real estate law firm, we manage the onboarding of the notarial section. DLA Piper-based notary and former colleague Monique Laenen is setting up the new real estate notarial section with a number of associates.

For the mediators of ReulingSchutte, we are carrying out a project to replace the current all-in-one system (CCLAW). We are replacing this system for multiple systems (best in breed) with as DMS (DMSforLegal) icm. Legalsense as timekeeping system.

For Kerkelijke Instelling Erfgoed Glorieux (KIEG) we recently conducted an IT audit and drew up a plan of requirements for the design of a new IT landscape.

JB Law (Janssen Broekhuysen Advocaten) asked Derogee IT to assist them with a professionalization project in the field of IT. This includes project management with regard to the implementation of a new server architecture, rebranding, DMS and legal templates.

We currently support Florent with the implementation of various legal applications such as a DMS, CRM, time tracking system and Extranet client portals. In addition, years earlier we supported the merger - between Höcker Lawyers and Blix Lawyers - which resulted in the current Florent.

For Wijn & Stael Lawyers, we are currently implementing a 'Matter Life Cycle' solution to promote the file cycle and archiving within the Document Management System.

In connection with the takeover of part of FMLA's practice group, in collaboration with Epona we took care of the migration from Microsoft Sharepoint (DMSforLegal) to the DMS of CMS Derks Star Busmann (iManage).

On behalf of Regulatory Counsel, we built a Sharepoint-based 'Know How portal' for Santander Consumer Finance. This Financial Markets-specific 'Know How portal' is automatically fed from a central system.
