We provided general (technical) IT management for Financial Markets Lawyers Amsterdam (FMLA). A broad project including supervision of the entire implementation process; from infrastructural work, secure Citrix (remote access) solutions and the set-up of branch-specific applications such as DMS, CRM, financial system to web platforms based on Microsoft SharePoint as intranet, extranet and website.
On behalf of DLA Piper Lawyers & Notaries, we recently conducted an audit on software developed by ING. This software was used to designate random prize winners and therefore had to meet the highest standards. DLA Piper itself provided the notary who supervised the physical draw.
Wijn & Stael Advocaten asked Derogee IT to assist in a professionalisation exercise in the IT field. This involves project management with regard to the implementation of a new server architecture and the implementation of four (DMS, CRM, templates solution) linked legal systems.
For Kennedy van der Laan and BNCL (Bosse Notaris Corporate Law), we managed the migration and export of the notarial system from KVDL, using Quantaris to BNCL which now uses Assyst by Devoon in a hosted server environment.
For Dillinger Law, we handled the implementation of a number of legal systems. We also managed the demerger from the previous entity Certa Legal Group.
