The Florent law firm combines the expertise of BLIX Advocaten and part of Höcker Advocaten. Derogee IT advised on the set-up of the IT environment of the new merger office and directed the resulting work.
De Breij Evers Boon, which specializes in M&A and Litigation, is split into two offices. Dérogée IT is advising on the IT implementation. This includes the set-up of two new office environments, system/data migrations and the implementation of a DMS.
Certa Advocaten asked us to advise on the choice of a number of new core systems to be purchased - DMS , CRM and the financial package - and to support the implementation of those platforms.
