The Florent law firm combines the expertise of BLIX Advocaten and part of Höcker Advocaten. Derogee IT advised on the set-up of the  IT environment of the new merger office and directed the resulting work.

De Breij Evers Boon, which specializes in M&A and Litigation, is split into two offices. Dérogée IT is advising on the IT implementation. This includes the set-up of two new office environments, system/data migrations and the implementation of a DMS.

Certa Advocaten asked us to advise on the choice of a number of new core systems to be purchased - DMS , CRM and the financial package - and to support the implementation of those platforms. The core objective of the project is to arrive at a coherent IT architecture that optimally facilitates the employees.

 

We carry out the project management for SOERJATIN | dispute resolution: part of this is the migration and implementation of a Document Management System (DMS) based on Sharepoint Online. Implementation of Office 365, introduction of the time registration system and delivery of a remote server platform.

In 2015, Wooninvesteringsfonds sold its real estate portfolio, composed mainly of residential properties, to investment company and asset manager Round Hill Capitol. Wooninvesteringsfonds asked us to dismantle the entire IT landscape, terminate IT contracts with external parties and advise on the laws and regulations surrounding the data retention obligation.

We provided general (technical) IT management for Financial Markets Lawyers Amsterdam (FMLA). A broad project including supervision of the entire implementation process; from infrastructural work, secure Citrix (remote access) solutions and the set-up of branch-specific applications such as DMS, CRM, financial system to web platforms based on Microsoft SharePoint as intranet, extranet and website.
