Voor Wijn & Stael Advocaten voeren we het overall projectmanagement met betrekking tot de implementatie van een toekomstbestendig DMS, CRM-systeem en de invoering van juridische templates. Als eindregisseur van het organisatie brede project zijn we onder andere verantwoordelijk voor de overkoepelende strategie en de daaraan gekoppelde keuzes, alsmede voor de afstemming tussen de projectpartners en de interne verankering van nieuwe processen en werkwijzen.
